Le CIBA est le comité international de la bonne ambiance.
Il fut créé à Paris le WE du 6 Janvier 2007 pour permettre en autre :
Le CIBA se doit d’avoir une optique de rapprochement des folklores estudiantins internationaux autour d’un leitmotiv, un fil rouge qui est la « bonne ambiaaance ». Le CIBA n’est pas vraiment un ordre à part entière. Il ne cherche pas la reconnaissance, les complications, les médailles ou l’argent. Il a pour but de réunir autour d’une même vision des choses les gens se retrouvant en diverses guindailles dans les différents pays représentés. Tout doit être mis en œuvre pour une ambiance saine et amusante. Les intronisations seront sous la même optique. Pas besoin de connaître 100 000 bordels codexiaux. Juste prouver son envie de faire partie de la famille guindaillesque du CIBA.
Même si la bière et le vin (ou autres alcools) a une importance capitale au sein du CIBA, il sert aussi à un échange international de mentalités de folklore, une fraternité entre ses membres ainsi qu’une entraide internationale et ainsi permettre un rapprochement de cultures plus ou moins éloignées.

CIBA was founded the 6th of january 2007 in Paris in the parisian café, The Mayflower.
The main goal of the CIBA is to gather and link international student folklore to each other with a common idea : Good ambiaaaaance. CIBA is not a «real order» per say. We don’t seek recognition, complications, medals or money. The goal is clearly to reunite people having different parties in the different countries represented. Everything has to be done to have a funny and healthy good ambiaaaance. Intronisations of new members will follow that same guideline. There’s no need to know 100 000 codexials jibberish and details. Just proving your motivation to be a member of the family of CIBA.
Beer and wine (or any other alcohol) are very important for the CIBA, firstly because these are the godly drinks, but also because it helps to initiate international exchanges about folklores, create a brotherhood among its members and an international solidarity. These are to bring closer cultures that are more or less far from eachothers.
